I'm Bill Fairman, principal of Northland Point. Our mission is to help late-stage small businesses prepare for a sale, with an eye toward optimizing their market value.
At the same time, we are open to participating in an acquisition, specifically for businesses with $4+ million in revenue located in the Twin Cities area. Our intent is to continue to grow and operate the business for the long term.
Over the past 20 years, I have served in a number of leadership roles in a variety of settings, ranging from family-owned businesses to global enterprises. My background includes strategy, sales + marketing, sales operations, project management, supply chain, client services, business development and operational leadership.
